The installation implemented a 3-stage method of obtaining a stable homogenized suspension (which does not break down into separate layers), with its further electro-galvanic treatment. 

This allows to obtain increased saturation of the obtained water extract humic substances, both at the level of stable fine suspension and at the level of true solution, to change the overall structural viscosity of the suspension and make it homogenized. In addition, intensive cavitation treatment of water temporarily changes its properties, in particular, PH and promotes its activation, which makes water an active solvent. 

This allows you to dissolve insoluble materials in water without additional chemical reagents. Thus, in the proposed installation the method of reagent-free production of fertilizers from a wide range is implemented materials with observance of high ecological standards both concerning the received product and concerning the production process.
